Verdict
Le Toreador could complete a hat-trick in this competitive handicap but with ground conditions just swinging slightly away from Kevin Ryan's runner we instead turn to the ultra-consistent FEELIN FOXY while Kyzer Chief shouldn't be ignored. After a very cosy success last time out the selection finds her burden increased by three pounds. That mark rise shouldn't be enough top stop her and she's very versatile as far as the under hoof conditions are concerned. Le Toreador won't have many better opportunities to land a hat-trick with her burden below that of her last victory thanks to the capable conditional jockey on her back taking five pounds off her load. That said while she has gone well on ground on the softer side of good it's not guaranteed. Kyzer Chief's only victory came over this trip but he is up two pounds in the handicap despite a defeat on his last run while Kayman Fox should go well off a bottom weight but his recent best has all come in claimers. It's a competitive race despite the small field and Feelin Foxy looks the percentage call.
