Verdict

Cockney Beau attracted support at Hexham and though unable to cope with Father John he'll have come on enough to make his presence felt. Master Newton led for a long way over 2m1f at Sedgefield on his return from a long break and can do better but Nikgarde hasn't been seen since a couple of bumper runs on Tapeta at Newcastle early this year. Very Patient looked in need of experience at Sedgefield but ran well enough to suggest he can get into contention though this could be another for the Skelton's via MISSTREE SONG, an impressive winner between the flags in February and making her debut under Rules.
