In depth

Verdict

ROYLE STEEL (NAP) returned from a lay-off with a victory at Sedgefield and can defy a 2lb rise with Brian Hughes keeping the winning partnership intact. Five Dollar Fine debuted over fences in heavy ground at Hexham and today’s underfoot conditions will be more to his liking while Take Centre Stage may improve fitted with cheekpieces for this. Marajman and Titanium Bullet will be sharper for this while Carlisle winner Coniston Cloud returns to action.
