Verdict

Another low-grade sprint in which Partner and FOXY MUSIC both take a massive drop in grade. Both have been contesting good, competitive Class 2 and 3 handicap sprints this term, with the former coming out on top when the pair clashed earlier in the season in a hot Thirsk contest. However, he's shown little since which is concerning whereas Eric Alston's charge has continued to perform with credit on subsequent outings and gets the vote courtesy of greater consistency. No Hubris has place claims whilst the Nicholls team are always to be noted in such contests which brings Crimea and Fol Hollow in the equation.
