      Recent Newcastle winner Liberal Angel will need further improvement raised in class off a higher mark today. Birkdale Boy also landed an earlier double on the all-weather in lower grade events while the progressive Alaskan Wing and Especial have been running well over 6f and both attempt today's distance for the first time. SWIFT APPROVAL has nothing to prove over 7f having won his maiden over today's trip and finishing a close-up sixth in a blanket finish at Beverley last time. Kevin Ryan's charge may come out best in this given Spryt arrives out of form.
