Verdict

Imperial Legend, who will be having his 86th start, hasn't raced over a trip this far since 2013 though he's only 2lb higher then when scoring over an extended 5f at Wetherby in May. Bee Machine is better over an extra furlong while Ingleby Molly shows her best form at Wolverhampton. CARDAW LILY is 14lb lower than when the season began and she hasn't had much racing. She's still a maiden but this is a poor handicap and she may have just enough scope to get off the mark. Clergyman finished runner-up in a seller before well beaten over 7f at Redcar while Going Native's best runs have been on the all-weather.
