      Verdict

      A disappointing turnout but a good opportunity for THUNDER SNOW to land another Group 1 race. He won last year’s Criterium at Saint-Cloud and has placed behind Churchill in the Irish 2000 Guineas and Barney Roy in the St James’s Palace at Ascot on his last couple of outings. Trais Fluors is unbeaten in four starts but has yet to compete at this level. Andre Fabre’s colt won a Group 3 here last month while Turf Laurel ran well in the French Oaks and is preferred to Gold Luck and Lightupthenight as she drops back in trip.
