Verdict
Two and a half miles on good ground represent ideal conditions for CAPE HIDEAWAY. He has proved a most consistent sort over timber for Mark Walford and goes well for his conditional pilot so all should be in place for a competitive performance. He was also only caught in the shadow of the post on his sole previous visit to the track. Western Miller showed improved form when scoring at Bangor and faces similar conditions here, although a rise of 8lb for that victory seems overly harsh. Third Act continues to garner place prize money and is another with conditions in his favour. Sam Noir is nicely weighted but both career success have arrived on soft ground.
