Excellent George is 3-22 around here and has been running well without winning though he's on a long losing run. SIR HECTOR is another very consistent performer at this level and it's time he was winning again though Silent Witness scored at Kempton in January and led for a long way back on that track last month. The former finished a length behind Sir Rodneyredblood here in February but has a 6lb pull with the winner which should enable him to reverse the form. Suzi's Connoisseur hasn't won since 2019 but ran well in a slightly better race here last time and wouldn't need much more to get into the frame.
