Verdict

Canonbury was a disappointing favourite at Chester when last seen at the track in September but Cape Peninsular finished ahead of Ecureuil when third at Wolverhampton last month and can figure. The five-year-old Medicean Queen was runner-up over further on her reappearance and is giving weight away while Nottingham third Blue Jean Baby has something to find on collateral form with ENTSAR. The Haggas filly was placed at Doncaster when stepped up to today’s trip and should be winning soon on that evidence.
