In depth
Verdict
ALEATORIC has improved for the application of blinkers and won twice over 2m at Lingfield this year. Today’s shorter trip is not a problem and he’s preferred to Scudamore. The latter has something to prove off his current mark having been raised 10lb for an earlier success at Southwell and failing to land the odds at Ayr last time. Cold Harbour is best at Southwell and won over today’s trip at the latter track in April but the remainder are hard to recommend on recent form.
