Verdict
Be Thankful failed to stay the 1m4f trip at Leicester last time having placed over today’s distance at Lingfield before that. But Bidding War has plenty to prove over this far as does Irish Times, who landed a double over a mile here early in the year. Percy Toplis finished third here on his first start over the trip but LUXFORD is preferred having been beaten less than a length over course and distance on her last couple of visits and now racing off a lower mark.
