In depth
Verdict
AL WATAN found one too good when sent off favourite at Newbury but the Godolphin colt finished clear of the rest and that looks the strongest form on offer. Recovery Run also showed ability when runner-up at Kempton on his debut and is preferred to Final Voyage, who never threatened when third over 6f at Newmarket. Don't Look Back is a brother to a Group 3 winner and is preferred to Arsonist of the newcomers.
