In depth

Verdict

Last year’s winner BILLESDON BROOK is clear of these at the weights. Well beaten in Group 1 company at Ascot last time, she’d gone close at this level behind subsequent Group 2 winner Nazeef on her reappearance at Kempton and should have the measure of third-placed Shepherd Market once again. The latter caught the eye finishing strongly on that occasion while Mubtasimah is penalised having beaten Miss Celestial a couple of lengths in a Listed contest at Newbury with Farzeen further behind though can still figure with any further progress. The remainder have it all to do on these terms.
