      Verdict

      Oceanographer has not raced since failing to land the odds at Leicester on his reappearance back in April. The betting may offer the best clue to his chances while Hoorayforhollywood remains 6lb higher than her win at Bath in July. In Pursuit was still well beaten when third here last month but Woofie is preferred to Marmalad back on the Flat after a spin over hurdles. SARSTED scored over track and trip in July and was not far away despite finishing only sixth over a mile last time. Hughie Morrison's charge gets the nod back over today's distance.
