      Verdict

      Walpole is interesting having made a winning start in a bumper over a year ago now and making his debut on the Flat today. Snow Prince also started life in bumpers and ran well enough in this code at Pontefract last month while Starcrossed finished ahead of Voice Control when third at Kempton in September. Eton Ness was beaten a distance on his debut in May but WAVELET has shaped well in both starts to date at Kempton and David Simcock's filly gets the vote with this longer trip expected to bring improvement.
