The veteran Doctor Parkes has won a dozen of his 102 starts but has never scored here, though he's been gradually slipping in the weights. Noble Asset has only had three all-weather starts and has yet to be placed though he's now on a 14lb lower mark than when he started his campaign here in May. Jumeirah Star completed a double over 6f in the summer but has struggled from his new mark so the vote goes to RACING ANGEL. She's having her first-ever start on an artificial surface but comes here in good shape having followed a close second at this level at Yarmouth with a very good run in a Class 2 handicap at Newmarket.
