      Verdict

      Later Darling returned a disappointing favourite on his latest start having won over 1m4f at Kempton earlier and races over this far for the first time. MURHIB (NAP) returned to winning ways at Lingfield having slipped down the weights and the veteran remains on a winning mark despite a 3lb rise. Crescent Lake may well improve on only his third start for current connections and is preferred to Grandee while Winklevi finished in front of Social City when runner-up in a lower grade contest at Wolverhampton.
