In depth

Verdict

Big Wing can figure if lasting home stepping up in trip for his handicap debut but ARCTIC VEGA (NAP) improved at Newbury on his first outing over today’s distance. The latter has won two of only three previous outings on the all-weather and Andrew Balding’s charge should be bang there at the finish once again. Bayston Hill is at his best here but in lower grade contests while Ritchie Valens finished ahead of Global Art at Wolverhampton and is back on a winning mark.
