Verdict
Pitney finished in front of Lovely Masar when second at Lingfield on his debut while Frost At Dawn found one too good at Newcastle last month. Dimsons has a shout on an earlier fourth at York while the heavy ground was a legitimate excuse for MERCURY DAY failing to land the odds at Catterick. She finished a creditable fourth at Newmarket before that and gets another chance on that form.
