        Verdict

        City Walk placed at Leicester recently but hasn’t won since 2020 while CRIMSON SAND scored over track and trip last summer. Placed on numerous occasions subsequently including a higher grade sprint at Lingfield last time, he gets the vote. Araifjan scored here off a higher mark in October but stablemate Temple Bruer is still looking for his first win on the all-weather having finished runner-up at Southwell while Twilight Madness also went close at the same track in March.
