        HOLD FIRM has obvious claims given he escapes a penalty for winning an apprentices’ race over track and trip under today’s rider last week. Sheer Intensity has a bit to find with the selection on earlier running and the hat-trick beckons for Mark Tompkins’ charge. Scribner Creek has struggled since winning at Wolverhampton in December while Strictly Art and Little Choosey disappointed last time having both finished runner-up on their penultimate starts at this track and Southwell respectively.
