In depth

Verdict

Mezajy is still rated 80 on the Flat despite not having won since Epsom two years ago when trained by Ed Walker. He hasn't taken to hurdling for Denis Hogan and should do better back on the level. Hes Our Music won three claimers here in the autumn but has gone off the boil in recent weeks. He'd beaten Elusive In Paris three times earlier in the season but the latter showed a bit more dash over a mile last month when caught close home by the better class Chestnut Fire. CATCHY LASS (NAP) easily landed a similar race over the course and distance last month and has since performed with credit over longer trips in much better company so looks the one to be on as Presidio will need to find improvement to get involved.
