    Verdict

Gung Ho Jack's winning run came to an end in today's grade at Kempton last time. Spitfire meets Amenable on better terms than when second to the latter at Southwell in January and may well reverse running while Harwoods Star was beaten only a head at the same track last week but this is much tougher. INVIGILATOR has been threatening to add to January's course and distance win and went close again back here a week ago. Derek Shaw's charge looks sure to be in the firing-line and gets the nod.
