      Verdict

      Mister Manduro is getting closer and found only one too good at Newcastle last week. But he’s giving plenty of weight to CAPTAIN SUE (NAP) and the latter was behind a subsequent winner when third at Wolverhampton last month. She gets the vote with Nicola Currie taking a further 7lb off her back. Otomo has gone close at Brighton the last twice and Makkadangdang showed a big improvement last time when third over 7f at Salisbury.
