Verdict
Despite conceding weight all round, Blackstaff certainly enters the argument here after beating Oca De Thaix at Exeter. Findlay's Find looks a nice prospect and beat Mr Melodious by five lengths at Maisemore Park last month, though this is a big ask for a five-year-old. The ground may be a bit lively for Now Listen To Me and Divine Intavention but conditions shouldn't be a problem for Dammam, who represents last year's successful trainer/jockey combination, nor BALLYEIGHTRA CROSS. Gary Hanmer's seven-year-old landed a well-contested men's open at Tabley under Miles Seston last month and is still improving - he can continue his winning run here.
