Verdict

Of the half-dozen also engaged at Doncaster, all are expected to take their chance here if the meeting goes ahead. Scriptwriter made it 2-2 in a Grade 2 here four weeks ago, beating the subsequent Leicester winner Perseus Way and Medyaf. But NUSRET, who receives 3lb, looked one to follow when making an impressive winning debut at Punchestown with the third finishing runner-up in a Listed race at Aintree last week. Almuhit, who won on the Flat for the Gosdens, and the French Flat winner Jackpot De Choisel, are newcomers worth a second look if the market speaks in their favour.
