In depth

Prince Of Denial has shown very little in bumpers and is best watched on a first start over hurdles whilst stablemate Iwakuni who is a New Zealand import showed little in the Southern Hemisphere but is worth a check in the market to see if there is support for him on a first start on British soil. Eddie Boy showed little on the flat and debuts for Rebecca Curtis and Mannlichen is a newcomer for Venetia Williams. Fiulin was a Listed winner on the flat and although weakening in the latter stages here twice before, his jumping appears reasonable and if his stamina has come on over the summer then he is respected. Caught By Witness and All For Free look evenly matched stablemates for Milton Harris and could be dangers but our preference is for KING OF THE NIGHT who has shown some real promise in bumpers over this sort of trip and with the ground seemingly suitable and from a respected yard, he gets the vote.
