Verdict

The Griffin Hunter¿ Chase at 4:50 sees former Foxhunters¿ winner Earthmover line up with a leading chance. Fourth to Kingscliff in this year¿s renewal, the 12-year-old made amends in easy fashion under Rilly Goschen, who again claims a handy five pounds. He holds Jabiru who was a distant ninth in the Foxhunters, and his class should be enough to see him through against revitalized Macgeorge who cost his supporters dear last time. Aller Moor was the one to capitalize on the fall of Richard Lee¿s charge at Exeter but he will not be fancied to confirm the form now. Noyan won first time out last year and is sure to be given every assistance in the saddle by Christian Williams, but he is not the force of old despite his winning form figures. Family Business would be a world beater if getting his jumping act together, but is passed over for that very reason. Earthmover has solid claims and gets a confident vote.
