Time For Rupert was second in a veteran's handicap at Ascot last month when Gauvain and Bradley finished fourth and fifth. There shouldn't be much between that trio again here on slightly different terms while Quartz De Thaix is interesting eased in grade and back on a winning mark. GOLDEN CHIEFTAIN has been lightly raced this season but looked to be coming to hand when fifth at Aintree 12 days ago. He won a valuable handicap at The Festival here last year and may be ready to strike again as Forgotten Gold continues to be let down by his jumping. Sire Collonges has been confined to cross-country events this term and was well beaten by Ackertac when last seen over conventional fences while stablemate Mon Perrain remains out of sorts. This may be too competitive for Imperial Circus.
