Verdict

Bohemian Spirit, Whether The Storm, and Gipsy Cricketer look the three to concentrate on in the opener and the confident vote goes to Bohemian Spirit as long as the ground stays on the fast side. The selection won well at Fakenham last time out when defeating Kasilia and a reproduction of that effort should suffice here.Whether The Storm rates the main danger on his latest third behind Kingston Banker. That form has since been franked and under conditions that suit he has definite place claims. Gipsy Cricketer is another that could go well he has been in fair form between the flags of late and his form in hurdles a couple of seasons ago would see him go close. Of the remainder Upham Lord is a prolific winner in point to points and he ran as if returning to form last time but for the winner we return to Bohemian Spirit in the hope that the rain does not arrive.
