In depth
Verdict
There have been signs that former champion Paisley Park isn’t quite the force of old and he has more than five lengths to find with CHAMP on their run together in the Long Walk at Ascot. The latter should complete a quick double for owner and trainer in this if reproducing that form. Lisnagar Oscar, another former champion, looks a shadow of his former self but McFabulous was third in a Grade 2 in his only previous try over 3m and may still have a bit of scope over longer distances.
