In depth

Verdict

Several of these were denied a run by the weather at Market Rasen last week. Among them HIDDEN BEAUTY, who was strongly fancied by connections having overcome inexperience to win a shade cosily on debut at Ffos Las. Her stable has enjoyed plenty of success here in mares’ bumpers. Flirtatious Girl boasted smart form last season but has a penalty to carry on her belated reappearance so the biggest danger may be Willie Mullins’ raider Nos Na Gaoithe, though Alastair Ralph does hold Ludlow winner Tintern Abbey in high regard. Mullenbeg might be the pick of the remainder.
