Verdict

Kavanaghs Corner has shown some ability but was beaten again dropped in grade at Leicester last month and, despite receiving lumps of weight, may struggle to get the better of THE KINGS WRIT. A useful sort between the flags, seconds at Hereford and Taunton have given the impression that Kayley Woollacott’s seven-year-old is more than capable of carving a career under Rules and this is a poor handicap. Both Pistol Shoot and Colmers Hill have something to prove now and Dancing Conquest seems to have lost her confidence.
