Verdict
Atahuelpa Goblet of Fire and Dawton are three against the field in this novices hurdle and the vote goes to Atahuelpa. The selection was a fair third behind Genuine Article in a handicap last time. This looks easier and under conditions that suit he need only reproduce that effort to score, Goblet Of Fire rates the main danger he was a fair third behind Dictum when last seen in similar grade. He is from am top yard and is sure to improve but he may just need the run after a 245 day absence. Dawton is another worthy of respect on his best form but he may struggle here having to give weight to some less exposed sorts and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Mcbain has won at up to ten furlongs on the flat and is from a top yard so is another to note in the market. Of the remainder Atlantis has an intriguing pedigree and is another to note but for the winner we return to the experienced Atahuelpa.
