In depth
Verdict
Very few, if any, of these are in particularly good form at present and what can only be a tentative vote goes to Taksina, who is preferred to Ashgan and Prince On The Ter. The last mentioned has been well held in recent starts but should strip fitter for those runs and, even in current form, he has to be respected. Adalie lacks a recent outing but the stable of Jimmy Frost has been in decent form so lack of a run need not be of too much a concern. Sunday Habits has improved with each start this term and, granted further improvement, he could be of interest. Stablemate Ashgan has solid claims on form but would probably prefer a faster surface and preference is for Taksina. Bob Buckler's mare was not beaten far on ground faster than ideal at Towcester last time and, off a decent mark, he may be worth an investment.
