Verdict
Colleton River,Turtle Soup and Jayer Gilles are three against the field in this competitive handicap and the vote is given to Colleton River. The selection was a staying on third behind Seifi last time out and with this longer trip sure to bring about some improvement he is hard to oppose under conditions that suit. Turtle Soup rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Establishment as he looks sure to have come on for the run but his best form is with plenty of cut in the ground and for that reason he is overlooked. 1 Jayer Gilles is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Heart Springs. He is one of the least exposed in the field so has plenty of scope for improvement and he should be noted in the market. Heart Springs is sure to have his supporters but he will find than much harder under his penalty. Of the remainder Moonshine Beach goes well at this track and is another to note in the market but in a tight affair for the winner we return to Colleton River.
