Verdict

Wouldubewell was engaged yesterday at Wincanton and, in his probably absence, this looks a good opportunity for Young Buck to get back on track after a surprise defeat at Hereford. But the 7lb he has to give to CAP ST VINCENT would be a concern with Alan Johns’ winning chaser sure to strip fitter for a fourth over the smaller obstacles at Wincanton in November. Lies About Milan hasn’t sparkled over fences this season but he did finish second twice over hurdles last season while Ranieri has won between the flags.
