Verdict

Nightboattoclyro sprang a 50/1 surprise here a month ago but makes limited appeal under his penalty, though Jack Tudor again takes off 7lb. Realm Keeper was 0-7 over hurdles in France but won a couple of chases and it will be a surprise if his new trainer can’t find him a race or two. Lieutenant Rocco could be a useful recruit from the point-to-point circuit but KING ERIK is just as interesting. He won between the flags and wasn’t beaten far on his debut under Rules in what appeared a competitive bumper at Warwick last May.
