      Verdict

      SAINT LUKE couldn't match the finishing kick of Sybarite at Uttoxeter in September but the winner has gone on to finish second in a Grade 2 novice hurdle at Cheltenham so the form looks decent. Peter Bowen's gelding should regain the winning thread here despite conceding weight all round. Beat All Out won twice between the flags last year but may find this trip on the sharp side while Don't Hang About was tailed off on his reappearance at Towcester. Tenby Jewel was engaged at Fontwell yesterday and would be unlikely to run here if taking his chance at the Sussex track.
