Verdict
Not as competitive as the numbers would suggest with few boasting solid recent form. A notable exception is Eight who is now 1lb lower than when successful over this trip in a slightly better heat over the course and distance last term. The Clive Cox-trained gelding comes here in good heart following placed efforts in similar company last month and rates the TEAMtalk pick against moderate rivals. Pinchaninch put up a fair effort off this mark last time but is an infrequent winner and a bigger danger may come from Man Of The Night who was just touched off on his most recent outing and should appreciate the trip.
