Verdict

The Presenting gelding Resolution Bay is an interesting newcomer in this. Ballymalin won over course and distance in January on his debut under Rules and will find this a lot less competitive than last month's Champion Bumper. Post War ran his best race so far when third at Warwick while Taunton fourth Admiral's Secret and Monthyne are likely improvers. Indy Five won a point-to-point at Glenbane in November but another pointing convert, THE WORLDS END, is just as interesting. Tom George's recent acquisition looked sure to win between the flags at Ballinaboola at the end of last year when falling two out and doesn't look short of pace.
