In depth
Verdict
Bellevarde heads the weights and this course and distance winner usually runs her race here, including when close up on her penultimate start. Despite her consistency she hasn't landed a win since 2019 and is passed over despite being expected to go well. Sovereign State is another with a pleasing course record and should be involved if bouncing back from a below par effort last month. The consistent Aquadabra is another course regular expected to play a part off her career-low mark, but the choice is WILD FLOWER. She only ran on Wednesday evening when sixth of seven at Bath but that was a better run that the figures suggest and she should now be spot-on after two runs following a break.
