Winning bumper and hurdler Cruz Control came good at the third time of asking over fences at Newcastle and a 5lb rise is unlikely to prevent another big effort but HIGH GAME ROYAL won over hurdles here in April and reappeared with an excellent second on his chasing debut at Warwick so can go one better. Eaton Collina was in double-winning form in the spring and will have needed his comeback at Wetherby but winning point-to-pointer and hurdler Ballycamus makes his debut over regulation fences in what looks a tricky race.
