In depth

Verdict

Take Your Time has won over hurdles here and looked a thorough stayer when scoring over 3m2f on heavy ground at Newton Abbot in October. Winning bumper HURLERONTHEDITCH was placed in all four starts over timber but looks like being a much better chaser judging by his debut at Warwick where he was 20 lengths ahead when falling at the last. To add insult to injury, he's been raised 10lb but is probably still ahead of the assessor. The lightly-raced Pimlico Point has scored between the flags and won over hurdles here and made a very promising start over fences at Exeter while Lagonda has a very similar profile and looks well in with her rider's claim to aid her cause.
