      Verdict

      None of these have experience of soft ground but FROSTBITE showed early pace before fading in the closing stages over 6f at Goodwood on his debut. This drop back in distance should suit on that evidence. Straight Ash showed a modicum of improvement last time but Zain Smarts finished much closer when fourth at Catterick on his latest start and is preferred to stablemate Owen The Law. The remainder are harder to fancy.
