    Verdict

SHIP'S BISCUIT is from a yard in good heart and having displayed good form in two runs to date we take him to land this girls' only maiden at the chief expense of Desert Sage and Heart Of Hearts. After showing plenty of promise in a red hot maiden on her sole start as a juvenile the pick held that in another decent looking contest on her return at Three when stepped up in trip. She has extra yardage to travel again, which should be to her benefit, and she won't have to improve much to score. Desert Sage is related to plenty of winners and has shown a decent level of form in a couple of runs. She ran as well as can be expected in listed company on her first start of the year and the form from his maiden effort gives her every chance. Heart Of Hearts hails from a stable in red hot from and after a promising debut and from a nice family she should be in contention and Miss Miracle sets a decent benchmark but maybe exposed in this company. A decent little maiden this and Ship's Biscuit can take it.
