Vertueux has every chance of landing this tight handicap if he can show some of his hurdles form now back on the level but with that far from guaranteed we prefer the chances of SALONTYRE while Prickles is also considered. Still unexposed the selection has shown some improving form since returning to the level culminating in a near miss last time. He's up a couple of lbs in the handicap for that run but the form from the race has some strength to it and he is certainly one of the more likelier types. Prickles has improved in every run since her return in February She was only just denied when a lb better off on her last start and in this line-up she has every chance. Vertueux was a very easy winner over timber the last time we saw him so while his last two efforts in this sphere have been poor he's clearly in good heart. Graylyn Ruby is another for the list after two good performances in defeat but Salontyre looks on an upward curve and has the call.
