In depth

Verdict

Le Jaguar gets the confident vote with Cinnamon Line and Columbus, rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair fourth behind Headliner last time out that form looks rock solid in the context of this race and with conditions in his favour he is impossible to oppose. Cinamon Line rates the main danger on his latest second behind East Lawyer that horse has since won under a penalty but he will do well to give weight and a beating to the selection. Columbus is another worthy of respect on his best form but he was let down by his jumping last time so can not be put forward with any confidence. Flying Fortune ran well after a long absence last time out and if he can reproduce that effort he he would have definite place claims but the worry is that he may bounce. Of the remainder Major Blue is another with a chance if his jumping holds up but for the winner we return to Le Jaguar.
