Verdict

Jockey bookings would suggest Cogital, who had a run on the Flat at the start of the month, will be the pick of his stable’s three runners. Mr Grey Sky handles soft ground and slips further down the ratings and conditions are also ideal for the hat-trick seeking Fiston De Becon but No No Tonic has had a busy season and may have gone off the boil. Bertie's Wish was only second off this mark last time at Ludlow but Mothill is a previous course and distance winner. SPIRIT D’AUNOU (NAP) tackles older horses for the first time but this progressive four-year-old can extend his winning run with his yard still going great guns.
